| National statistics indicate that if you're reading this you have about a 50% of making it to your sophomore year in college. That means you have a 50-50 chance of playing college baseball by the time you're a sophomore. Bridgton Academy, the nation's only one-year postgraduate boarding school, has as its primary mission preparing young men to succeed in college. SAT prep program. NCAA complaince officer on staff. Classes for transferable college credit. This is NOT another year of high school. Our top graduates go to schools like Boston College, Georgetown, US Naval Academy, Air Force Academy, and the University of Chicago. What's the baseball program like?? A YEAR ROUND, college-like program. 50-12 over the last three seasons. Ten regular season conference championships in the last eleven years. Excellent college placement. Eight players (c/o '09) in DII programs. 16-2 this past fall, 15 wins against college teams. New England CBA runner-up this fall. A winter strength and conditioning program. A full spring schedule. All of this with NO impact on your years of college eligibility! What's not to like?? It's a year the makes a difference. |
