| as most of you football players know for some of us this is our last week of football for a whole year if you did not make playoffs. i had a great time this year playing football and its upseting that it had to end our team has made some great strides since that first game of the season we also broke a terrible 19 game losing streak this year i have some relief that we broke that streak but am ashamed we did not have any more to show for this season. nothing will ever replace those friday noghts so you have to make the best of wat you have. finally i would just like to thank our coaches and teamates for sticking in their with each other through another tough season and i hope we may improve for next year. |

| 19 game losing streak broken |

my central dauphin east panthers broke our 19 game losing streak on friday beating altoona 12-7. our defense was solid and you could tell our team showed up too play and our offense did the job when called on. overall it was a good game and so much weight was taken off our shoulders. and now we look forward to cedar cliff at their house this friday. |

Hi my name is Tyler Conde. I am the starting Right Offensive Tackle at Central Dauphin East High School. And this game called football is a game i love i will play no matter where or what i do in life but wat i dont understand is why doesnt central dauphin east win football games? is it coaching? or is it the players? i think that it is the players. to many kids on our team do not have the determination and the heart to play four quarter football. this is the plan and simple truth. i just dont understand why its only the kids at east. at many other schools ive seen them practice and play with the determination to win but at east i just dont understand why we cant play like the other schools or at least establish a name for ourselves. i guess all i can do for the rest of the season is just stick in there and give it all i have in our last two games. |
