Last weekend my a couple of my teamates and my coach went to watch AVP!!! It was soooo cool! I really wish I could have met Kerri Walsh and Misty-May but they couldnt make it! I did see Ryan Mariano and alot of other wonderful players!
The tournament tought me that I think that I am good but they are great! Watching it made me want to work harder and strive to be the best! It also tought me that team work is the MOST important part of volleyball! It is the most important even if it is two or four people!
P.S. I thought my hits were hard....Goodness those people could HIT!!! I also thought my jump sereves were good! But WOW! |

Over the weekend of April 11-13 my Club team played in the Palmetto Region Tournament. We ended the Tournament with 6 wins and 1 loss! Not only did we take home some wins we also took home the title of REGION STATE CHAMPIONS!
I did very, very good! After the tournament was over parents were telling me I did GREAT! Some people said they want to see me when I play 18 club...I also hit the Chamionship winning Point!
I want to say that I didnt do it all, I want to give it up for my whole team! They did outstanding as a team! ~I LOVE YOU BVC!~

My team had a tournament on 2/2/08. It was a BLAST! We came in 3rd place. Every game we lost was by only TWO points, even in the championship round! So that was good.
That day... I had GREAT hits, my serves were AWESOME! All day I only had around three of four serving mistakes all together. Another thing that was cool was... I got to play back row. My coach said I did really good for my first time EVER playing back row. I have never practiced back row before, so that was cool.
We have another tournament 2/16/08 I believe (I'll double-check). Also I am going to put up some pictures soon! |

| Well, I talked to my coach she said I should wait to get my stats until the next tournament. The next thing is that we have another tournament coming up on 2/2. This tournament will be at USC Columbia. More details will come later! |

| Well, we played a half day tournament on 1/12/08. That day we played three different teams and we beat the first team, and lost to the other two teams. The last two games were really close. Personally I think we did good, based on the fact that we are a brand new team. I will get my stats in a couple days, and post them. I will also post a couple pictures as well. |

Our tournament on Saturday the 12th is coming fast! We are a new club team but we are learning to work well together. I think that we will do pretty okay! I will be playing Middle hitter and maybe some back row. I cant wait! I should hopefully have some pictures that day. :) |
