Its finally my last year in high school.Depending whta I do this year will decide on what my future will be like.I plan to take my SAT Oct. so I can send my results to University of Tennesee before Dec. 1. I would send them to Middle Tennessee State University but there deadline has already past.Sicne I got back from vacation I've been doing a lot of reviewing for the SAT because I want to do good my first try so I won't have to take it again.I hope to do better on my SAT than I did on my ACT on my ACT I got a seventeen but that was my first try and I didn't take it as serious then but I matured since then and plan to take it again. But it all depends on the outcome of my SAT because depending on what I get I'm going to send the better score out of the two to colleges. As far as where I want to go to school I hope to go some where even with my baseball talent I know its a long shot to get into University of Tennessee because they pretty much have an idea of who they want.Plus I did do that much playing this summer except for the tournament I played in hawaii so I dont know if they really got a chance to see me play.Especially with a 0-20 team we really don't get to many big schools to come to are games unless we're playing one of the better teams in my division. No biggie we hope to change all of that this year we have a new coach so I guess we'll just have to see how this plays out.I'm planning on doing a lot of prospect camps too to make up for loss time.Until signning day I'm just going to have to do a lot of praying and keep my options open for whatever college gives me a full ride.

Its been 3 weeks since i came back from Hawaii and i still haven't got over the fact that its over.Me and eight other guys from Tennessee and two guys from Oklahoma were invited to a invitational baseball Tournament in Hawaii coach by Lee University's head coach Mark Brew.I don't know how my name came into play but I'm glad it did.None of us new each other until we met in Honolulu except for two people. You really couldn't tell because we connected and played as if we been playing all our lives. We came in eighth out of sixteen which isn't that bad. Each team plays four games and depending on how you do that's how your ranked.I finished the tournament hitting.545,3RBIs, had one hit or more in three out of four of the games, went 6/11,and scored a few runs scored.I felt really good after the tournament because I did the best offensively and I got my first win of the year because my high team we went 0-20 so that mad me happy.Though we did only come in fourth and i went through a lot with the airport just to get there I didn't sweat it too much I mean come on I was in Hawaii which is like a once in a life time place to go and I went there not just to go for vacation but to play a game I love.

my name is Jamar Miller and i go to Hillwood High school for me baseball is just a god given talent and im glad he gave it to me because i love watching and playing the game.my college for me i would have to say is to play at the University of Tenessee,Knoxville i always wanted to play there and in the SEC.i know i have whatit takes to be a vol i have good grades, i have a G.P.A. higher than a 3.3, im a hard worker, and i was even my varsity  baseball teams M.V.P. where led in 10 out of 16 offensive statistics. plus i live in Nashville so its not to far from home so that would be great if that came true and i wanted to see if i could have a better freshman year then Kentrail Davis.it'll be hard but i think it can be done but probably with out the home runs because im always one of the smallest guys on my team but i can still hit.but i think Kevin Garrnet said it best "anythings possible".
