I'm looking for a good weightlifting routine. Something a little more structured than what I've got and a little more complete. Also I'm looking to gain a little muscle but more looking to add strength and definition to my muscle. Figured some of you football players may be able to help; cuz well I'm a 6'1", 175lbs track and cross country runner. Don't have too much lifting knowledge as to say.
