| This past week Anthany and his family visited; The University of Dubuque, Rockford College, Concordia-Chicago, and Millikin University. All of these football programs are young and growing. Anthany had the opportunity to go with any of these programs. Anthany has decided to go to Millikin University, and study Ahtletic Training and play Football. Rich Worsell the Offensive Coordinator and QB Coach is very happy to have Spud on the team and have Spud's family as part of the football family. Spud Wingo QB - Captain - 2007 Highlights

Orangewood falls in their first ever football playoff game. Spud went 14-25 2TD's 201 Yards and 4 INT's. 3 INT's came late in the game when the team was trying to make big plays to get back into the game.
Spud and his team had a great season. Nobody thought they would even win their district. At the beginning of the year they were picked 3rd or 4th in their district, but ended up shutting eveyone out going undefeated. Outscoring their district 127-0.

Anthany "Spud" Wingo has been nominated to play on the Elite Sports International Florida All-Star Football Team. There will be a team of 22-26 players from the state of Florida that will play 2 games in a tournament in Hawaii next July. The coach of the Florida team is an Assistant Coach from Webber International University.
2008 "King Kamehameha Pigskin Classic." Congratulations on your nomination to participate in the "10th Annual King Kamehameha Pigskin Classic." This prestigious event has grown to be the nations largest event of it's kind. Some of the nations best high school football players will be in Hawaii July 1-8, 2008 to participate in this invitational only opportunity. You will receive instruction from some of the best coaches in the game of football. As a participant in the 2008 Pigskin Classic you will be exposed to as many as 20-30 college football coaches from around the country.

I'm a captain on the Orangewood Christian School Football team. We won District this year the first time in the schools history. We are a running team, but I was still able to put up 962 yards passing, 9 TD's, 4 2pt, 2 Running TD's, and 7 INT's. Our record is 7-4.
