So My town hosts a 5k, im sure most other towns do. I have been training for it recently, and my mileage has been around 6-7ish miles daily. Not so much working on my speed. I really hope to be around a 21-22 minutes, and this is just by me training on my own. I also train for cross coming up. I can not wait to see my times drop. I am trainng alot harder than i did last summer even if it means i only get 6 miles in a day. i will keep you updated to see how i did in the 5k. I'm Hoping to be my ex-boss :]
