Our team won the regular season championship and the team tournament championship for our conference. We had 5 set Varsity players so I played 5 Varsity matches this year. I played 3 Varsity B/JV (counted in JV avg) matches at regulation yardage and 12 JV matches.
JV scoring average was 44 - lowest for JV and Varsity Avg was 53 I really have to get more yardage and hit the ball better from the tee. I had a hard time getting to any greens in regulation because my tee shots were not very strong. I am happy I played a little better with the varsity and that I played all the JV matches.
I didnt play in the conference championshps I was #7 on the list. So I plan on continuing to work on my swing and to get my tee shots to match my short game. I made a mistake by not taking Golf/PE this year so I will have to keep practicing after school and on weekends.
I will also be playing in the junior tournaments and will post my scores.
