Robert Morris University Illinois is pleased to announce the addition of a men’s varsity volleyball program for the 2010-2011 academic year. The program will officially start competition in December of 2010, and there are numerous opportunities for academic and athletic scholarships for qualified student-athletes. 

Robert Morris is a member of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) and will seek admittance into the Mid-American Men’s Volleyball Intercollegiate Conference (MAMVIC) after their first season of competition. 

The program will be under the direction of Coach Lauren Joyce Hensel, who is currently the Head Coach of the women’s program. She will carry on the women’s off and on the court successes into her plans of developing hard working and successful student-athletes within the men’s program; a tradition that holds true at Robert Morris University.
