2011 Prospect (16 y/o) Josh Powe has new personal highs for his max strength totals! Prior to 09/2006, Josh's off-season lifting program was generic and sporadic in nature. Since 09/16/2009, Josh has been on a 3-day weekly program designed for him personally.
This personal lifting program includes a combination of the Core Series foundation building (whey protein) Syntha-6 and Core Series post workout CellMass. In addition, Josh takes a generic one-a-day male vitamin supplement. Josh has seen some incredible size and strength gains!
On 09/16/09 (6'0) Josh weighed 180lbs and had these totals:
Max Squat 285lbs Flat Bench 225lbs Incline Bench 175lbs Power Clean 175lbs
On 11/02/09 (6'0) Josh weighed 190lbs and had these strength totals:
Max Squat 315lbs Flat Bench 245lbs Incline Bench 205Lbs Power Clean 205lbs
The CORE Series supplements have been very beneficial and affordable. Both mixes have been reviewed by the training staff to ensure they are eligibility safe and effective. Also, Josh continues to focus on flexibility and conditioning, including pool training. |
