I went to the Hitting Camp at the University of Tulsa with Coach Bargfeldt this weekend. It was great! Coach Bargfeldt, his staff and players detailed everything on hitting. We were even given handouts so that we can continue to work on the things we worked on at camp.

I really enjoyed working with everyone and I will include some of the drills that I learned in my current hitting workouts. Thanks Coach Bargfeldt and everyone that helped with the camp!
