Gold Nationals was amazing.....hot and amazing lol! The high temp. was 108! We went 1-1 in pool play and 1-2 in bracket play. Although we wanted to finish higher we still had an amazing summer. We won our region and made it to Gold nationals, a first for me and I hope not my last.I saw one of my favorite coaches and met a lot of amazing people. I am so glad that I played with the St. Louis Chaos team this summer. I am hoping to get picked up for the fall qualifying tournament in St. Louis and have a couple coaches working on it for me. I had several college coaches wanting to see more of me playing so I am really hoping it works out for the fall exposure tournament because I really want to commit by the end of the fall.High school starts the 13th of Aug. with the high school softball season starting Aug. 18th. Our team is looking really good and we return most of our starters and had 2 pitchers transfer into the district so we are set with pitching as well. I am excited to be a team leader this fall and hope to set the tone with hard work, dedication and a positive attitude. GO WILDCATS!
