The best coach I have ever had was Skip Allen out of Katy, Texas. He always would preached Hustle Hustle Hustle!!! Bust your butt on and off the field. It takes 0 talent to hustle. Hustle is the difference between a good player and a great player, a player that plays for himself and a player that plays for his team. Take Manny for example. Manny is a very good baseball player. He is a very good batter having over 400 career home runs in the majors. The only thing that stands between him being a good player and a legend is hustle. Failure to run out ground balls doesnt only effect you, but the whole team. You can get more looks from scouts if you just hustle. Bust it down the line every time and sprint to your position whether you are a catcher or an outfielder. It takes 0 talent to hustle 100% of the time. You never know who is watching.
