This past weekend I played in the PGA Junior Series Elmcrest CC Tournament. I shot 72-73 (par 70) and placed T6th out of 75 players. The course rating was 70.4 and the slope was 126. It was also the home course of Masters Champion Zach Johnson! It was an incredible experience to witness his hall of fame and tribute to him. I also greatly enjoyed competing against stiff opponents at Elmcrest CC. I was off the lead by 5 strokes so I really played well in this tournament. I always love to compete against the best players and this past week I had the opportunity not only to compete against them but also win. I hope to carry my success towards my next tournament this weekend in a 3 day Men's Amateur at Rivershore Golf Links.
