This coming weekend I will be playing in the NSC Exposure Tourney in the KC Area, at the Blue Valley Parks and Rec Complex.
National Sports Clinics ASA Exposure Tournament. June 27-29. Blue Valley Recreation Complex. The purpose of this tournament is to expose student-athletes to college coaches in the Midwest. The perspective athletes will play games under pressure situations. The format of the tournament will allow players to show case their talents.
Game 1: Each inning will start with runners on 1st & 2nd and no outs. (The first inning the #8 and #9 batters will be placed on base. Each inning there after, the batter previous to the leadoff hitter in the lineup would be placed at 2nd and the 2nd batter previous to the leadoff hitter in the lineup would be placed at 1st.) Game 2: Each inning will start with runners on 1st & 3rd and no outs. (The same format as game 2 applies for placing runners on base.) Game 3: Each inning will start with the bases loaded and no outs. (The 3 batters previous to the leadoff hitter in the lineup will be placed on the bases respectively. Each inning there after, the 3 batters previous to the leadoff hitter in the lineup will be placed on the bases respectively)
It looks like a very interesting format. I'm looking forward to the challenge! |
