I am very intrested in attending u of i when i graduate. i am a very involved student and had a burning passion for baseball. My school isnt the best in our confrence but that doesnt stop me from giving it my all every play throughout every inning throughout every game. my coach has told me i am the hardest worker on the team and i feel its true. when everyone gets there head down in a bad game i am the one who steps up as a leader like a catcher should do and stand behind the whole team. I am starting varsity for the my next three seasons and am the only catcher on the team. I catch all the double headers we compete in. many kids we play against have asked me how i catch both games in a row and i tell them i have no choice but to play every play with as much intensity i have catching the first inning. I am a hard working catcher with the most important thing a catcher has to have within them, leadership.
