Ready To Roll

This year feels like its flown by and already I find myself coming into Senior Provincials and Age Group Nationals.  Poolside, the training has taken a different feel and I've been putting in some solid, finely-tuned effort as of late.  We've been using our underwater camera on a more regular basis and both my coach and I have been noticing obvious improvements.  Anticipating the biggest meets of the year, I have a mental attitude that feels like "nothing can stop me now".  I have worked so hard since spring break to increase my lean muscle mass and improve my fly endurance that I am certain I am going to see results.  Now that diplomas are out of the way, I'll be able to focus more fully on the tasks at hand.

My events at Senior Provincials in Edmonton, AB are the 50m, 100m, and 200m distances for Fly and Free.
