pretty sure the name of this post says it all. i was finally cleared to run some. the deal was that i swim laps for 30 minutes 3 times a week, lift weights, do the elliptical trainer 30 min./day, and do the rest of my many exercises every day,...and then i can run. i have to go to a track, i get to jog he straights and walk the curves. i can do that twice, two times a week!!!! i am so excited it is simply unexplainable. i am finally almost there!!!
