My team played in the Showcase of Champions in Puyallup, Washington, this past weekend. It was our first tournament of the season with only two weeks of practices so far and six new additions to the team, so it was a tough way to start the season.
Our record for the weekend was 1 – 2 – 1. I played half of each game, and had a total of 15 saves, with only two goals scored against me all tournament.
