Setting is about controlling the game....in a good way that involves ALL of your team. It starts with one great pass and goes on to me doing my best to make my hitters get each and every kill possible. I am accurate! I get the ball where it needs to go each and every time and if I can't, I hit it over myself!
I can put a quick set where ever you want it to go. If you give me a fast hitter that can follow my lead, the other team won't know where the ball came from!
It's all about timing. I like to talk with my hitters one on one to make sure that I get the ball where it works best for THEM! Communication with each of individual player is essential! My job is to make them look good! and to WIN!
Along with setting, I can bring to your team a player that can pass with great accuracy each and every time from the back row!
I can block too!....and no, it doesn't always have to be for T-shirts (see previous post!).
And then there's my serve. It is strong, consistent and I can get it where ever you tell me to put it. I am known for my power so usually my coach will tell me to slam it! I love the look of fear on the opposing team once they've seen what I can do!
