Matt Knapp Crushes Everyone With A 450 Pound Squat.

Matt Knapp wins in a landslide, getting 450 pounds (or more, cant remember if he hit that 460 or not....) on his squat.  The closest compettition was Anthony Laicona with 415, then we have to drop all the way down to Jarrod Kilburn at 335 to get another one of us.  Zach Stack and Devon Boyda both squated 315( in most cases Zach would have squated at least 400, but he has been out with a leg injury for a long time and hasnt squated in months). I came in 6th with 295 pounds, even though i think i probably could have done 300, coach wouldnt let me try.  Aaron led all under classmen with 275 pounds.  Tommorow is bench and we can expect another strong preformance from Zach,Matt, Anthony, Devon, Jarrod, Brian and I.  Zach will more than likely win it all, having benched 300 pounds last year.  Im hoping to get 225( my workout weight is about 185 depending on my grip, wide grip is probably about 175).  Jarrod is a surprising strong kid, being our Quarterback and all.  The thing about Jarrod though is he is at about his max.  If he gets much stronger, if he builds more muscle, he will become muscle bnound and will lose his flexibility. Us linemen who are pushing less then him will more than likely pass him up before it is all said and done. Jarrod was the only player who wasnt a senior to be in the top five.  The only underclassmen in the top ten was( I do believe, dont quate me, there might have been someone else) Nick Newburt.  I am the seccond strongest 10th grader.  Look for bench press results sometime this weekend!!!!

Side note:  You may be wondering where the heck Brian Armour is.  If the guy did 205 for cleans, why isnt he mentioned on squat?  The reason i didnt mention him for squats is because he didnt squat.  He has a minor knee injury that he didnt want to risk hurting worse by putting a bunch of weight on it.

#1 he did 440 not 450 I checked the board wednesday. #2 that record will only stand until monday. Anyway, I never knew this thing even existed, i've only seen our profiles on takkel.com, which is a pretty cool site. You ran pretty well to, I was surprised how good your fourty was after lifting. Maybe you should consider receiver or running back. You set some pretty high goals for next season to, but after coming to the field a few times i've seen some quick improvement, and donny told me that he's going to be training you soon. He's kind of goofy but he knows what he's doing. I think i'm going up to the field today to catch, but my legs are so spent I can hardly jog, and you should keep working on that long snapping because if zach goes down, you're in. Well, i'll check up on this later to see if you posted again but overall, Monday that squat record is mine, and i'll probably see you later, well, the whole team actually. Peace.

I was thinking 7 something for ur fourty no lie. Anyway, I said 455 and I got it, do I have enough power for fullback yet? Ur a negro, but I asked pendo about fullback and he gave me the okay, I'm pumped.
