| Shot put: You need to push more with your left leg. Keep your shoulders back longer and push over the toe board farther.
Discus: Is alright. Try standing taller in the back and work on turning your feet all the way through out of the back and in the middle. Your right foot should make a 180 degree turn out of the back and you left foot in the center of the ring should turn towards the sector before you use your arm. Good Luck. |

| i worked on the discus stuff today and it help alot im throwing about 15 foot further just doin that thanks a bunch |
