| I think the the best thing for you to do is to email soccer coaches and tell them about yourself, and ask if they have any scholarships to give. I've heard that foreign students have a very good chance of being accepted usually. So find some colleges that you want to go to and find out if they play soccer and then start emailing the coaches.
