This has been a long process and I am glad it is over. I am really excited to join the Central Methodist Eagle football team next fall!! Like I've stated in my visit to CMU, they have a very nice facility and are still making improvements on their football field and weight room. The coaches are great Christian men and I'm looking forward to working with them. The JV team and the overall financial package was what really sealed the deal, the coaches and strength & conditioning coach are also a big plus. It's close to Columbia where there will be things to do in my down time.
In regards to my knee, things are healing and I'm improving quickly. I'm working out everyday with the track team and then go to the Y to lift weights. I'm costing my parents a fortune in grocercies trying to pack the weight on. I lost 10 lbs due to the surgery. I've finally gained it all back and then a few pounds.
I've also managed to move up a few ranks in the Senior GPA standings. I'm close to being in the top 5% with a 4.18 GPA at Mountain Grove High School. My high school football coach is really excited for me, since he is a CMU Eagle Alumni.
