On March 13th, 2008 a couple of teammates and I were honored at the All State Banquet at the Branywine Fire Hall in WIlmington. The banquet was really nice. It was a dressy affair and the food was pretty good as well. I was honored as the Overall Champion for the state of Delaware in the Grand Prix.I also receiveed a trophy for getting Grand Prix in the High Jump and tieing with 2 other athletes in the 200. My teammate Tyler Edwards was also the Overall Grand Prix winner. He also was honored for going all state in the Long and High Jump. Vincent Wilson took 2nd place in the Grand Prix, and James Shores took 3rd place. My coaches and parents were there to support us. We had a really good time and took several pictures.
