Does anybody know what kind of times i might need to run to even get noticed by a college? i have recieve mail via my coaches approval from one DIII school. I have very ambitious goal as to where i want, by that i mean somewhere like colorado or U of L.  Even thinknig NC state, optimistic i know. i don't have the times right now but this summer i'm going to put in a full summer of running for the first time and am looking forward to dropping my times by a good load. just any ideas would help.
