Well the 2008 season is now upon us. We'll be having our first team meeting/practice tommorrow. (Yes, I know it's late but hey, it's Wisconsin). It looks like we should field a pretty good team this year. Our defense will have two good sophomores returning, possibly three if one doesn't get moved to LSM. We'll also be returning a good amount of middies as well as two of our attackmen, me, a sophomore, and also a senior. However, we don't have a goalie yet and our midfield could be a bit shaky when it comes to part of the second line and deeper. If we can fill those spots well enough we should be able to get to the conference championship game and possibly rep the conference in the state tourny. Here's our schedule:

Our schedule looks pretty decent. We'll have some tough games against Marquette and Arrowhead. The Eastside and Kettle Moraine games should be rather close as well depending on how good the teams they field are. The rest of the schedule should be not to difficult. I'm lookin forward to see how good the team can get as well as me personally. I will be posting updates as the season unfolds. |
