    Hey coaches,
During the winter I've been busy playing/starting on defense for my schools varsity hockey team, so its been killing me to play some ball. But the hockey team has been working out and going lifting twice a week before school to stay fresh. I've gained a lot of muscle and my legs have gotten stronger from it, which will help my speed even more on the base paths this upcoming season. Also on weekends my travel baseball team has been working out at indoor training areas to get start practicing and get throwing and swinging early. So even though i'm playing hockey everyday after school, I am trying do things that will also help me for this baseball season. Can't wait for the snow to go away
Thanks coaches, please check out my profile.
