Well folks, I have tried to take advantage of the holiday break. I am in a speed and agility camp at velocity sports training. I'm working on my technique for football and baseball. I must say that my feet are looking so much better. I'm going to take my sparq test next month. I'm expecting all of my times to get better, drastically. I ran a 4.5 40Yd dash with a bad hip flexor. I expect to do very well. On my cone drills i was fast but didn't keep my feet under me. Getting all of those kinks out. I am excited! I've decided to continue with this training after the break. I'M LOVIN IT! I also have been workin on my baseball. Been getting pitching instruction from Wilson Kilmer who was the pitching coach at Kansas University, before the new staff came in, emporia state and a few more schools. He has been fixing the flaws. He told me with all of the stuff that I do right, that once I get the little things tweaked, I'll be good to go. I won't argue with a former All American College Pitcher. My velocity is on and now just getting all the balance issues tightened up. Coach Kovash from UAB is hooking me up ith former KC Royal Kevin Seitzer also. I just feel like God is setting me up for big things. Hope all is having a great Holiday season. For me, it's been takin care of business. In the Gym with my Dad and workin with the best that I can find to get what I need to move on to bigger and better things. Nothing nor No one can hold me back!
hey william congrats on being a featured athlete. where is this camp at, sounds like a great idea. I'll be needing something like that since my surgery has slowed down my training and staying in shape.
Thanks Jacob. I didn't know that I was featured. The Velocity Sports that I go to is in Lenexa KS. I'm told that ARC has a good program for athletes. If you need help with finding locations, let me know
