Running is easy. Anybody can run! Thats what most people think, and ya i agree it is pretty easy for the first two laps or maybe the first mile in a 5k. Most people can do that pretty easy. But how about the last two miles or the last 2 laps. Thats when you lose the ordinary people. This is where you see who has the most heart, the most endurance, the most strength and the most will power. Then comes the 4th lap or the last mile. This is where u seperate good from excellent! The good stay steady where the excellent dig deeper and deeper to pull out all thats left. The excellent will give more even when they have no more! Then comes the last staight away, and now its time to sprint. I don't care how tired you are you better start sprinting! Ok people wil jog to the finish but if you want to be great, you better have a heck of a kick. Thats another one of those distinguishments between normal people and runners. Normal people sprint first then they are done, but we sprint after a race even when we have no more! So, is running really easy?
