The names cameron; I ran track from my sophmore year now to my junior year i ran a 2:01 and now im in my senior year and plan to bring it down any tips?

Don't lift too much. Too much muscle mass will slow you down. I eat 4 apples everyday during track season too. I know it's a lot but it brought my 800m time down alot.
