I go in tomorrow to Dr. Putnam in Springfield, MO, at 10:30am for surgery.  It is in&out surgery that will take 1 1/2 hours.  This is a common surgery with no long term limitations.  I will be on crutches for 3-4 weeks which means no driving.  The doctor said I will be back to normal capabilities within 5 months.  I plan on lifting weights ASAP and will work my way back into running.  I'll keep you posted on my post-op.
