Recent Strides

Recently I have been working with a pitching mechanics specialist in order to increase my velocity.  The training has been tough but I have made a large amount of progress in a very short amount of time.  After just a couple of sessions working on my rotational velocity and disassociation, I have noticed a significant velocity jump.  When I was clocked during my original session, I was around 75-76 mph on my fastball.  If I had to wager a guess, I'd say my velocity has increased 4-6 mph just this week...I'll post again when I get the official radar readings in a couple weeks.
