Great news: Just found out yesterday I was selected for 1st Team All Conference, Defensive End. I tore my ACL before season started and wasn't even sure I would be able to play. After getting fitted for a brace, I was back on the field for the first game. It took several games and finding the art of taping my leg, to make it through a full game. Being selected is a big honor.
