although track is my favorite and best sport by far, i picked up swimming for the hell of it. i had my first day of practice today and because i am athletic and fast, people always have way too high expectations for what i can do in everything. im used to telling people by now, just because i can sprint 100-200 meters fast, doesnt mean i can swim fast or do anything else fast.
anyway i felt like i was drowning basically the whole time i swam, but i did go decently fast and have major room for improvement. its fun and helps me get in good shape so im all for it. My events will defently be the short distances (prolly the 50 free cause its short and easy).
if there are any swimmers out there gimmie some tips!
