Hey- I was on Lake City Minnesota's state cross country team. We competed at St. Olaf college in North Field on Saturday November, 3. We ran the best race of our season as a team, but were disappointed with an 11th place finish as a team. As an individual i had my career best time, 17:14. This was 20 seconds faster then my previous best and this was also only my first year in cross country.
