After missing the last 8 games of 2006 with an knee injury Patrick rehabbed,then worked doggedly with former NFL running back Tremaine Stephens for months to become the leading tackler in the Big-South Conference and #5 by Charlotte Observer. Patrick took his 40 time from 4.88 to 4.63 with hard work and plyometric training methods. According to Tremaine Stephens, Patrick’s 3.93 shuttle time is one of the best he has ever recorded, and was timed with Stephen’s professional electronic timing system.
